- Have you received notification of the IPCA's findings in this case? If yes, please provide a copy of this notification and any other documentation provided by the IPCA.

- Please provide copies of any communications you have had with the IPCA, Crown Law Office, Solicitor-General, other Ministers, Police or any other party relating to this case.

- Please confirm if a date has been set to lay this issue before the House.
