I write on behalf of Hon Chris Penk regarding your OIA request,
particularly Part 5:

 

5) All information about Candace Owens you or INZ received from 3rd
parties outside government.

 

This Part of your request, as it stands now, may encompass a wide array of
items that will require substantial efforts to not only prepare, but
identify. Doing so will significantly disrupt the regular duties of this
office, and as such may entail a refusal under section 18(f) of the Act.

 

To support an accurate and fulsome response, I ask that you please refine
you request to specific 3^rd parties you wish to get information on. In
saying this, I can assure you that the remainder of your request is now
being processed.

(inclusive) are defined as non-working days in the Act and are not counted
in the calculation for the response due date. This will affect the time
period for responding to your request.
