Cost of climate change consultation

I would like to know the budget and costs for the climate change target consultation.
Can you provide a broad breakdown rather than just a total showing,
Publications
Workshops
Travel and accomodation
Consultants and staffing
Can you also provide a similar breakdown for the cost of consultation on the change of flag.

Thank you for your enquiry.
The climate change target consultation was undertaken by the Ministry for the Environment, rather than the Parliamentary Commissioner for the Environment. Therefore the information you request is not held by the Commissioner, but is believed to be held by the Ministry.
Accordingly, I have referred your question to the Ministry for the Environment, as per section 14 of the Official Information Act.
