Thank you for your request under the Official Information Act on 6
November 2024 for:
Can I please request a copy of transcript of the last hui of Dr A
Bloomfield before Health NZ came into existence. Please ensure that Q & A
section also being included.
I would also request the video, if it was at all recorded.
Intention of this is related an upcoming concern of Health NZ staff cuts
and MOH response on if they are providing any support or rehire of those
“former MOH employees” affected.
We are contacting you to clarify your request. Are you referring to Dr
Ashley Bloomfields final all-staff hui? 
Please note, under section 15 of the Official Information Act 1982, any

Could you please clarify if "last hui of Dr A Bloomfield before Health NZ
came into existence" is referring to mid-2022 when Health New Zealand - Te
Whatu Ora was established or 2021 when the Interim Health New Zealand
organisation was setup?
