Tçnâ koe RC

I refer to your Official Information Act request dated 27 October 2024.

Would it please be possible to clarify your request? Our analysts have advised that we are unable to provide a "snapshot" of cumulative GPA as at a specific date. We are able to limit the data to students who completed their MSc studies in 2023, but the cumulative GPA calculations for these students will include any paper results from 2024. We expect that the number of students who completed their studies in 2023, but also have paper results from 2024, will be very low, but we are unable to exclude these from the GPA calculations.

Are you able to please advise whether this limitation will suffice? In the meantime, we will continue to process your request on this basis. Otherwise, if there is alternative way you would like to reframe your request, please let us know.

Ngâ mihi
Kelsey
