I noted on your recent reply, (REF: DOIA050-2023/24)

+ACI-There is currently one board member vacancy on the PBT Board. The Ministry received 32 applications via public advertising channels and no nominations from the nominating agencies, Te Puni K+AU0-kiri, Ministry for Women, Ministry for Ethnic Communities, or Ministry of Disabled People. We anticipate that the process will be completed by July 2024. +ACI-

May I ask how many people you have shortlisted and has the process completed now? if so who has been appointed? Also, can I request to view the appointment letter if there is one.
