Aggregate grade required for award of LLB(Hons) with First Class Honours

AC made this Official Information request to University of Otago

This request has an unknown status. We're waiting for AC to read a recent response and update the status.

From: AC

Dear University of Otago,

I would like to request the method of calculation and grade boundaries for awards of First Class, Second Class (Division I) and Second Class (Division II) Honours for the LLB(Hons) programme.

Additionally, I would like to request a grade distribution showing the aggregate grade (as used to calculate the class of honours) of students who have completed the LLB(Hons) programme for 2021, 2022 and 2023 with an indication of whether they received First Class, Second Class (Div I) or Second Class (Div II) Honours.

If this is not possible I would like to request the number of students who received each class of honours for the LLB(Hons) programme in 2021, 2022 and 2023.

Yours faithfully,

AC
