 1. provide a list of all camping grounds which Council has issued a
camping ground licence in the past 3 years in accordance with the
Camping Ground Regulations 1985.
 2. Please include relevant addresses for each camping ground and
identify:

 a. if any camping grounds are operated by Council or
 b. subject to a lease with Council.

 

We will endeavour to respond to your request as soon as possible and, in
any event, no later than, being 20 working days after the day your request
was received. If we are unable to respond to your request by then, we will
notify you of an extension of that timeframe.  For requests that are
likely to involve substantial collation and/or research, there may be a
charge for staff time; however, if this is the case, we will advise you
before we process your request.

issued a camping ground licence in the past 3 years by the Tasman
District Council

Yes, the following camping grounds are operated by us:

Owen River Campground – owned by Tasman District Council.  There
is a Contractor Caretaker on site who manages the campground.

Kina Beach Recreation Reserve (Camp) – owned and operated by
Tasman District Council. 

McKee Memorial Reserve - owned and operated by Tasman District Council. 
There are Contractor Caretakers on site who manage the campground.

Collingwood Holiday Park - We manage Collingwood directly.

 b. subject to a lease with Council.

We lease the Top Ten Holiday Park in Pōhara and Riverside (Murchison)
to operators.
