Could you kindly provide a list of all camping grounds which Council has issued a camping ground licence in the past 3 years in accordance with the Camping Ground Regulations 1985.
Please include relevant addresses for each camping ground and identify if any camping grounds are operated by Council or subject to a lease with Council.

As you will be aware, Greater Wellington Regional Council transferred part
of your official information request (GWRC reference 2024-092) regarding
camping grounds to Upper Hutt City Council on 17 May 2024.
We have since also received a separate request directly from you for the
same information on 24 May 2024.
In the past three years, Upper Hutt City Council has issued campground
licences under the Camping-Grounds Regulations 1985 to:
o Harcourt Holiday Park Limited for Wellington's Kiwi Holiday Park, 45
Akatarawa Road, Brown Owl, Upper Hutt, and
o Greater Wellington Regional Council for the campground at Kaitoke
Regional Park, Waterworks Road, Kaitoke, Upper Hutt.
Licences are issued annually so within the three year period requested,
there have been three licences issued for each campground.
Harcourt Holiday Park Limited leases part of Harcourt Park from Upper Hutt
City Council to operate Wellington’s Kiwi Holiday Park.
