Dear Victoria University of Wellington,

 

I am requesting information and materials related to a former Lecturer at
Victoria University, a Mr. Malcolm Wrightson Nance ("Nance"), who
reportedly was an instructor in counterterrorism in 2006 or 2007.

 

Specifically, I request:

 

- Nance's resume or other biographical information and materials presented
to the university as qualification for appointment as Lecturer

 

- Course syllabus and reading list prepared by Nance

 

- Student evaluations of Nance's performance as an instructor

 

- Faculty evaluations of Nance's performance as an instructor; and

 

- Any correspondence, if any, during or after the course term, between
students and/or faculty and department leadership or other university
officials in respect of Nance's personal conduct and bearing and/or the
quality of Nance's instruction.
