On Radio NZ on 22 April 2024 Mayor Campbell Barry stated that the cost of Mouri Tupu was $250,000 (https//www.rnz.co.nz/national/programmes/afternoons/audio/2018935303/lower-hutt-planting-for-the-future-initiative).
Please supply:
1) the council resolution authorising this expenditure - the date of the meeting and the agenda item under which it was approved.
2) all correspondence, emails, memos, reports and meeting minutes, internal and external, including communications with Radio NZ, concerning the establishment of Mouri Tupu, its roll out and the Mayor's interview on RNZ on 22 April 2024.

I am still waiting for the two documents I requested on May 21st, 2024. These documents can easily be located in council systems. I am not aware of any reason why there would be a 10 day delay.
