Dear Hutt City Council,

Please provide the following data as an official information request made on the 12th April 2024.

Total staff numbers, expenses including vehicles within the Hutt City Council with the following specific breakdowns.
1. Total number of full-time employees as at 31st March 2024 who work more than 30 hours per week.
2. Total number of contractors and subcontractors who are or have been engaged on projects for the period 1st April 2023 through to 31st March 2024.
3. Salary costs including leave liabilities for employees (question 1 above).
4. Contractor costs (question 2 above).
5. Total number of vehicles (currently owned, leased). Please provide models and fuel type (petrol, diesel, electricity, or hybrid variants).
6. Total vehicle costs for the period 1st April 2023 through to 31st March 2024.
