Nominations are sent through to us where the nominating agency (or other nominator) thinks there is a skills, knowledge and experience match between our framework for selection and a person in their database. Sometimes the nominee might express an interest in one or more specific institutions in a cover letter.

If a person is subsequently longlisted based on their skills, regional location is one of the factors we would take into consideration if we were then thinking of shortlisting them.
