I refer to your request for information dated 22 January 2024 made under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act). You have requested the grade and mark distributions information in relation to for the 2023 LAWS101 examinations grade distribution (either combined or separately).

We have decided to grant your request. However, as the final grades for some students have not been finalised due to special examinations, the mark and grade distributions for the 2023 LAWS101 final examinations have also not been confirmed. We are happy to provide this information to you and will be in touch once all student grades for the 2023 LAWS101 final examinations have been finalised. We anticipate this these will be finalised will be by towards the end of February.

If you are not satisfied with our response to your information request, section 28(3) of the Act provides you with the right to ask an Ombudsman to investigate and review this response. However, we would welcome the opportunity to discuss any concerns with you first.
