Kia ora T Smith

Thank you for your request for official information, received on 9 January
2024 for:

"I request a list of currently funded Mental health and addiction
lived experience projects or initiatives or groups"

In order to provide you with the information requested, could you please
refine your request in order for us to collate the information in a manner
that is feasibly retrievable.

There is a broad range of work that could potentially fit within the scope
of your information request, across many parts of the organisation and
services. There is resourcing for many projects, initiatives and groups,
as well as business as usual inclusion of lived experience roles and
expertise into programmes of work. This is a positive thing, but we would
be unable to answer your request without substantial work to source and
collate the information in scope. The requested information is not held in
any one place or in any of our systems in a form that we could easily
retrieve.

We appreciate you are under no obligation to amend your request, but
requests that require substantial collation may refused under section
18(f) of the OIA. We want to work with you to avoid this and ensure we are
able to provide a response that best meets your needs.

Would you consider refining the scope of your request to make it more
specific to your area of interest so that we are able to reconsider? An
example of this might be to ask for details of any new funding (within a
specified time frame) dedicated to lived experience programmes.

Can you please respond to this request by close of business 7 of February
2024.

We look forward to receiving your response.

Ngā mihi

Vicky
