follows:

Speech Language Therapy Practice program for 2023 entry.

General Category

You requested this information from the University of Auckland on 1 July
2023. The University’s response of 3 July 2023 stated:

 

“In response to your request for the number of places available for the
Master of Speech Language Therapy Practice (MSLTPrac), this information is
publicly available, for all University limited entry programmes, in the
Limitations Schedule for the relevant year as published in the
University’s Calendar:

This constitutes a refusal of your request under s 18(d) of the OIA, as
the information requested is publicly available.”

 

Your request of 7 November 2023 for the same information is refused for
the same reason – the information requested is publicly available on the
University’s website at the location specified above.

The MSLTPrac selection process is still ongoing. This part of your request
is refused under section 18(g) of the OIA, as the information requested is
not yet held by the University.

Your request for quartile statistics is refused under section 18(g) of the
OIA, as they are not held by the University.

 

You have the right to make a complaint to an Ombudsman if you are
