Appointment of judges since 2017

Dear Ministry of Justice,
Please provide me with a break down of the number of judges appointed to all of the District, Family, High, Appeal and Supreme courts by year, from 2017 to now.
If permitted please include the names of the judges with the location of placement and date of appointment.
I am a New Zealand citizen residing in Auckland my entire life so I am more than eligible to request this information.
