Dear University of Waikato,
I request information on the distribution of general staff salary review increases for the years 2021 and 2022.
Could you please give me the number of successful salary increases for each of these years through the general staff salary review process and the number of increases for each salary grade Levels 2 - 7 and above.
Could you also give me a distribution of successful salary increases through the general staff salary review process and the distribution between people who have direct reports and people who do not.
Finally could you also give me a distribution of successful salary increases through the general staff salary review process starting with senior leadership, senior managers, managers and non-managers.

I refer to your official information request dated 14 August 2023.
Unfortunately, it will not be possible to meet the original time limit (8
September) and the University is therefore writing to notify you that it
requires an extension for a further 20 working days to Friday, 6 October
2023.
This extension is necessary because your request requires searching
through and reviewing a large quantity of information and meeting the

operations.
