I am writing to inquire about the post-accreditation checks for accredited
employers that was announced by MBIE in April. I kindly request the
following information regarding these checks:

 

1. Could you please provide the number of employers that have undergone
checks since the announcement in April?

2. Has the accreditation of any employers been suspended or revoked as a
result of these checks? If so, how many?

3. What are the top three most common issues that have been identified
since the commencement of these checks?

4. How many employers have directly passed the checks without any concerns
raised by immigration officers?

5. Could you please share the detailed Selection Criteria that have been
designed and utilized for these checks?

6. I would also appreciate it if you could provide me with the training
materials and assessment templates used by immigration officers to conduct
these checks.
