1. Whether there are any real or perceived conflicts of interest that have been identified and recorded for Ziena Jalil, who has a position as a board member at Education NZ and is working as Chief of Staff at Te Pūkenga – New Zealand Institute of Skills and Technology.

2. Can you provide information on how this conflict is being managed on behalf of ENZ?
