Dear Radio New Zealand Limited,
An article titled "Increasing talk of 'war' in Russia worrying sign of escalation" was published on June 9th with significant revisions from the original Reuters copy, before subsequently being corrected.
Please provide all internal communications (e.g emails, Microsoft teams or slack messages, texts etc) relating to this article, the decision to publish it, and the subsequent decision to correct it from:
- the author of the article
- whatever parties were involved in the decision to correct it
- RNZ's executive leadership team
