Following our email dated 7 July 2023, please see attached the mark and grade distributions for the Semester 1 2023 LAWS413 and LAWS440 papers.

As noted in our response of 7 July, where there are fewer than five students who have failed a paper, we have determined that it is necessary to withhold the specific grades for these students to protect their privacy and wellbeing. This is pursuant to section 9(2)(a) of the Act. We also note that students who withdrew from the papers are excluded from the data.
