Subject: Official Information Act request - Information on the TPPA

Dear Minister of Trade,

I am concerned about the Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement (TPPA), and the impact it could have on New Zealander's lives.

It is imperative that we see the draft before it becomes law in NZ. We have this expectation for all other legislation in NZ, there should be no exception for this one.

Other countries have released drafts to their populations, why can't NZ?

Under the Official Information Act, i'd like to request to see a draft of the TPPA.
