Your email went into our school spam file. The school has been closed for
holidays so I have just received your request today.

 

Could you please phone me (one the school number 09 415 9885)  to confirm
which organisation your request has come from, so I can ensure legitimacy
or are you applying for this as an individual applicant?

 

Once these details have been established  please send through the
relevant requirements for the time frame required,  as three years BOT
minutes will take significant time to load and respond to.

I have made 700+ OIA request as an individual over the years to promote transparency and public accountability. Hence, I will not call you, but happy to response your questions via email.

The meeting minutes should have been already recorded and signed off. Most school will just need to scan it.

Maree Bathurst has asked me to scan and send you copies of our Board
minutes from 1/01/2020 to 01/04/2023.
As this will take a little bit of time to scan and it is the start of
term, I will endeavour to get this done for you in the next few weeks.
