    Dear Ministry of Health,
I would like to know the specific breakdown of Pharmacy Intern Assessment Centre results for the last 5 years (2018-2022), specifically the number of interns passed as first time sitters, 2nd time sitters and 3rd time sitters, etc. Also the university split for each of these categories (between Auckland, Otago and those coming to NZ with an overseas qualification).

Thank you for your request under the Official Information Act (1982)
 received by Manatû Hauora (the Ministry of Health) on 26 January 2023. You
 requested:
 
“…the specific breakdown of Pharmacy Intern Assessment Centre results for
 the last 5 years (2018-2022), specifically the number of interns passed as
 first time sitters, 2nd time sitters and 3rd time sitters, etc. Also the
 university split for each of these categories (between Auckland, Otago and
 those coming to NZ with an overseas qualification).” 
 
Manatû Hauora does not hold the information you have requested, and we
 have been advised that this information may be held by the Pharmacy
 Council, however the Pharmacy Council is not subject to the OIA. Their

Therefore, your request is refused under section 18(g)(i) of the Act, as
 the information requested is not held by the Ministry and there are no
 grounds for believing it is held by another agency subject to the Act.
