Dear Department of Corrections,
If an inmate was receiving private counselling via an external provider approved by the prison for individual therapy via Video Link sessions. Would that same provider be able to include the inmates spouse for group session which has been proven necessary for rehabilitation and reintegration?
If so, how would one go about that arrangement?
Does the inmate have any entitlements around such thing?
