Age and vaccination status where covid was officially the cause of death

Dear Ministry of Health,
Thank you for providing updates of the covid data via your website https://www.health.govt.nz/covid-19-nove....
However, while the age and vaccination status of deaths is provided for those who passed within 28 days of being vaccinated there is not a similar chart for where covid was officially the cause of death.
I request the age and vaccination status of deaths where covid was officially the cause of death.
Also can I please request a further breakdown of the 0-59 age group for both deaths within 28 days and where covid was officially the cause of death to be 0-12 years and then in smaller brackets closer to 10 years as is provided in the over 59 year age groups.

2023 requesting:
I request the age and vaccination status of deaths where covid
was officially the cause of death.
Also can I please request a further breakdown of the 0-59 age group for
both deaths within 28 days and where covid was officially the cause of
death to be 0-12 years and then in smaller brackets closer to 10 years
as is provided in the
over 59 year age groups.
Manatū Hauora (the Ministry of Health) has decided to extend the period of
time available to respond to your request under section 15A of the
Official Information Act 1982 (the Act) as further as further consultation
is required.
You can now expect a response to your request on, or before, 6 March 2023.
You have the right, under section 28 of the Act, to ask the Ombudsman to
review my decision to extend the time available to respond to your
request.
