Dear Health and Disability Commissioner,
I would like to know why your "organisation" has continually refused to investigate my complaints about a doctor when 2 other agencies and the medical council have grounds in both my complaints for breaching the code and censoring the practitioner. Also why do you refuse to communicate with me as advised by the ombudsman. I would appreciate an answer from someone who has a surname and is senior.

I find your lack of communication disturbing or is this a question you dont want to answer? I am aware that you aren't good at communicating. Contary to what you told the ombudsman who you promised to communicate with me better. So what are you hiding? Im still here.
