functions and responsibilities of Te Whatu Ora - Health New Zealand.

if you are referring to all correspondence received by the Minister of
Health? Or the Chief Executive of Te Whatu Ora – Health New Zealand.

timeframe for response—see section [15](1AA)  of the OIA.

The request was directed to The Haalth Minister Requesting all correspondence from him to the DHB "Te Whata Ora" Any "other" minister and the legal team involved.

As this has gone to Te Whata Ora the "DHB" in the interest of time I just request ALL correspondence from Andrew Little to the DHB

information under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act):

“Could I please have all correspondence from yourself to any minister, DHB
or legal team in regards to the Nurses Pay equity back pay that is still
not settled”.

This email is to let you know that Te Whatu Ora needs more time to
complete your request. The Act requires that we advise you of our decision
on your request no later than 20 working days after the day we received
your request.

Unfortunately, it will not be possible to meet that time limit and we are
therefore writing to notify you of an extension of the time. This
extension is required so that we can collate all the information required
to respond to your request. We hope to have a response ready for no later
than 31 January 2023.
