Dear Health New Zealand,
This is a complaint about your response to my OIA request. In August I
asked: “I’d like to request a copy of your organisational structure
please. I’d appreciate a copy of your overall structural diagram, as well
as the detailed structure showing Tiers1, Tier 2, Tier 3 and Tier 4 roles
for each branch of your organisation please.

You declined releasing the material to me on the grounds it would publicly
be released shortly. It’s been two months since my request and the
information I asked for has not been released, and nor did you provide an
indication of a date for public release. This breaches the OIA and the
Ombudsman’s guidance.

I again asked that you provide this information to me, as required under
the OIA.
