Dear Ministry of Business, Innovation & Employment,

I got case officer for my SMC file applied in Dec 2019 and I have submitted all the documents to the first case officer.

My first case officer assessed the file and send a PPI letter regarding more relationship documents. As requested I have submitted more relationship documents to the first case officer.

I called the immigration call centre and they told that the case officer transfer my file to the queue again and now I have to wait for the another new first case officer.

I have applied the residency by myself and do not much information regarding the file reassigned to the queue again.

Could you please advise the same. Thanks
