of Health) and would instead by held by the Office of the Clerk of the
House of Representatives.  However, as the Act only binds the executive
arm of government and not the legislative arm, of which of the Office of
the Clerk is a part, your request is refused under section 18(g) of the
Act on the grounds that the information is not held by the Ministry, nor
is it believed to be held by another agency subject to the Act.
