Subsection 23(d) of the Social Security (Reciprocity with the United Kingdom) Act 1956 states:
(d) Shall communicate to each other as soon as possible information regarding any changes made in their legislation which affect the application of the Agreement.
Please provide copies of the required communication between the governments of the United Kingdom and New Zealand on the introduction of section 70 of the New Zealand Social Security Act 1964.
