Response to this request is long overdue. By law Ministry of Business, Innovation & Employment should have responded by now (details and exceptions). The requester can complain to the Ombudsman.

Dear Ministry of Business, Innovation & Employment,

I have Lodge My 2nd SMC as I lapse the first one just a few days and then appeal but nothing help then I lodge new one with SMC Number 18747596. All went on hold due to the Covid19 pandemic.

Finally, it was allocated on Priority a few months ago but so far it's Moving extremely slow and creating great stress for me as my daughter needs to start university otherwise they will lose their semester.I need help so at least next week they will be able to start their University and I am already in Newzealand on a critical Visa

I sent Complains E-mail address to immigration but no reply at all
