Can you please supply the following information in respect to permanent name suppression orders recorded between 1 January 2009 and 31 December 2014

1. For each year, the number of permanent name suppression orders separated into convicted and discharged persons.
2. Number of name suppression orders grouped by crime charged with.
3. Number of suppression orders by judge.
