I have recently made a request under the OIA act reference number OIAD-1862.

In your reply, I noted:

An appointment process is currently underway for the following entities:
• New Zealand Conservation Authority / Te Pou Atawhai Taiao O Aotearoa
• Game Animal Council
• Nature Heritage Fund Committee
We initiated the call for nominations for these entities on 9 February 2022, with a closing date of 18 March 2022. Information on these vacancies can be found on DOCs Statutory Bodies webpage: https://www.doc.govt.nz/about-us/statuto...

Can you please let me know what method you have use to advertise the role, besides the webpage link you have provide. Also, how many application you have received for each entities.

Further, I would like to request the full meeting minutes from January 2020 to now for Nature Heritage Fund Committee. The pay rate for each member.
