Question Regarding Ministerial review of INZ Assessment Costs of Medical Conditions while determining if a visa applicant is unlikely to impose significant costs on New Zealand's health services

Please check the following OIA response of the ex Immigration Minister Iain Lees-Galloway in 2020.

That OIA was raised to enquire if INZ has any plan to review the NZD 41,000 threshold for determining the high host health conditions of the visa applicants ( under Acceptable Standard of Health in INZ ops instruction).
The ex-minister replied that Immigration Health team would be reviewing the threshold in collaboration with MoH within 2020 calendar year

Could you please update
1:- Is there any ongoing work for reviewing this threshold as it has not changed since 9 years .It was 25,000 NZD before 26/11/2012 when it was changed to 41,000 NZD. Can you provide any documenation regarding the review of this threshold since 2020?
2:-If a review is ongoing, when it is expected to be completed and threshold updated?
3:-If there is no ongoing work, can you tell is there a plan for 2022 or later to get this reviewed by INZ health team?

The Reserve Bank of NZ CPI calculator shows that since 2012 the wages have increased by 20% which implies that healthcare costs would have increased a lot as well since 2012 but this threshold doesn't increase by annual CPI
