In answer to your second question regarding upcoming appointments and
vacancies in 2022.  There are a number of positions that have terms of
appointment due to expire in 2022, however we cannot anticipate what
directions a Minister may give regarding reappointment, a term of
carry-over of an incumbent member or the following of any particular
process (including recruitment) to any specific role.

 

If you are dissatisfied with this response, you may complain to the
Ombudsman in writing under section 28(3) of the Act and seek a review and
investigation of this decision.  The Ombudsman may be contacted by email
