Just wondering if the Manawatu-Tararua Highway on SH3, will be ab
Expressway or just a highway. In the information that I have seen about
the road, it seems to me that it meets the criteria for expressway
standard but it is only called a highway. Could you please clarify if the
road will be an Expressway or just a highway
