This includes all financial or loan related information relating to the Chinese government where the term 'Belt and Road Initiative' may or may not have been directly used.

A request for an urgent investigation has been made to the Ombudsman
Tena koe,
I have received a flat refusal to supply information from Nanaia Mahuta relating to the Belt and Road Initiative.
This refusal appears to be directly contrary to the principle of availability and appears to cynically rely upon the knowledge of a backlog of complaints with your office.
