1. How many personal grievances have been laid by Human Rights Commission current or ex staff between the period of 2018 - Present? Please provide information per year.

2. Please provide a general breakdown of the nature of the personal grievance. For instance: workplace bullying, sexual harassment, racism, etc. ?

3. How many of those complaints were investigated internally by 'Human Resources' and how many were investigated externally?

4. Please provide a general breakdown of the nature of these complaints, per year?

5. How many of these cases were resolved?

6. How many complainants left since the investigations took place?

In accordance with the Official Information Act:

1. How many personal grievances have been laid by Human Rights Commission
current or ex staff between the period of 2018 - Present? Please provide

We can advise that the Human Rights Commission have not received any
personal grievances for the period 2018- present. Accordingly, your
request is refused under s 18(e) of the Official Information Act 1982
because the information requested does not exist.

 

If you are unhappy with this response, under the Official Information Act
you are entitled to complain to the Ombudsman’s Office. Information about
how to make a complaint is available at [1]www.ombudsman.parliament.nz or
on freephone 0800 802 602.
