I request to be provided with the evidence and facts of the following questions under section 12 of the Official Information Act 1982 ,and The Declaration on Open and Transparent Government as approved by Cabinet on 8 August 2011.

For purposes of this document and attached process, if any, the term “NEW ZEALAND” hereafter NZ means the corporation, and all officers, agents, employees, subdivisions and representatives thereof”

I am writing to request any and all information, in the form of emails, notes, electronic or written correspondence, recordings, meeting minutes etc in regards to the petition made by Dilip Rupa to the Sovereign her Majesty Queen II for a royal inquiry into the flag referendum process. This request was made to yourselves and also the Governer General.
