Timeline for Quality Control assessment
Davinder Singh made this Official Information request to Ministry of Business, Innovation & Employment
The request was successful.
From: Davinder Singh
Dear Ministry of Business, Innovation & Employment,
Can I please have your assistance in gathering some information regarding the SMC residency applications that are being sent to the Quality control team
1. As of 8 November 2021, what is the date of application (SMC Application) for the files that are at the front of the queue (to be allocated to an officer in the Quality Control Team)?
2. What is the current waiting time for a file to be allocated to an officer in the Quality Control Team?
3. My file is in the queue to be assigned to a Quality control assessment since 29 July 2021 and still has had no officer assigned to my case. Are such long lead times normal? If not can you please let me know the reason for such long waiting times.
Yours faithfully,
Davinder Singh
