Thank you for your email requesting all information about the three year
review of the Outer Space and High-altitude Activities Act 2017 held by
the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment; and separately, the
contact details of the team assigned to the MIQ time-sensitive travel
allocation requests.
On your first question, we would like to discuss refining the scope. If
you are happy to have this discussion, can you please send through your
preferred contact number to [1][email address] as well as any
day/time preferences for this conversation.
On your second question; there is no other mechanism for the public to
directly contact the MIQ team regarding time-sensitive travel, apart from
the number you’ve mentioned (0800 476 647). If you have specific
questions, these could also be made through a separate OIA request via
[2][MBIE request email].

Dear OSHAA Review,
I'm happy to discuss refining the scope of my request regarding the review of the OSHAA.
PLEASE NOTE: I did NOT make any request regarding MIQ. You should check your records as this obviously is someone else's OIA.
Yours sincerely,
Valerie Morse

Our apologies for the confusion regarding the MIQ question. This was an omission which has now been rectified internally.
With regard to a discussion on refining the scope of the request, are you able to please send either a phone number, or any other preference (e.g. another email address where we can call you via Zoom or Microsoft Teams) through to [MBIE request email]. They will then pass this on to us.
Please note that any personal information that you send from your existing email address can be made public.

Dear OSHAA Review,
Thanks for your email. In terms of refining my request, I would prefer that be done publicly. As I noted in my original OIA I am seeking
1. earlier drafts of the terms of reference,
2. the names of stakeholders identified for consultation and any initially identified that were not subsequently contacted,
3. information about any public participation in the review, including decisions taken not to include a public component,
4. all submissions received.
Those would appear to me to be fairly straightforward questions. If you have suggestions for refinements or narrowing, I would be happy to consider these.
Yours sincerely,
Valerie Morse
