Outcomes of reviews into Public Affairs

Dear Ministry for Primary Industries,

I understand that an external review of parts of the Public Affairs business unit in MPI was recently conducted.

In accordance with the Official Information Act, can you please provide an outline of why a review was needed, an estimate of the costs to undertake this review, and a copy of any final reports/review findings or output documents.

If the first part of this request is not able to be completed with the information given (due for example to there being multiple reviews that could fit the criteria) please provide a list of all reviews, internal and external that have been conducted on the Public Affairs business unit (whether whole or in part) in the last 24 months. Please indicate the approximate cost of the reviews, and the end result (report and report title).
