Subject: Official Information request - Cost of TIA and Special Benefit in staff and department costs per annum

Dear Ministry of Social Development,

Please advise how much it costs MSD per annum to manage all Temporary Additional Assistance and Special Benefit applications and renewals. Please include hours spent.

I do not want the cost of monies paid to recipients of those extra assistance schemes. I seek the cost of operating those schemes per annum please minus monies paid to recipients. That is, the staff and MSD cost to MSD.
