Kia ora Radio New Zealand Limited,

I'm hoping to track down recordings of old episodes of "It's in the Bag", which prior to being a television series, aired as a radio show between 1954 and 1973 when it transitioned to television. (My research says it ran for 11 years, so I'm unsure of exact dates)

I'm attempting to track down a particular episode by my grandmother Aileen Wheatley née Waugh. She passed away in 1969, before I could meet her, so when I heard she was on this radio show, I thought I'd reach out to see if I could get the opportunity to hear her voice for the first time.

I couldn't be certain what year or episode she appeared on.

I'm aware RNZ specifically doesn't date back that far, and the show originally aired on the New Zealand Broadcasting Service and later the New Zealand Broadcasting Corporation. If such recordings exist, I thought you might be the best people to ask in case you inherited these from your predecessor organisations.

Could you please advise if you hold old records of these episodes from the 50's and 60's? If not, who might hold them?

If you do, could you please advise if they would be difficult to access. If it's not, then I'd love to listen through until I find her episode.
