Please provide copies of all documentation held by you or your predecessor in relation to the extent of, and any practical difficulties expected or found to arise from, the decrease in average timber quality and the emergence of atypical timber qualities upon the harvesting of the second-rotation (aka "new-crop") Radiata Pine from 1988 onwards.
