Dear Waikato District Health Board,

I am writing to request the list of all business and agencies, domestic and international, for which Waikato DHB (or it's contracted out providers like Pathlab and Hamilton Radiology) provide laboratory or radiology services.

For each of the listed businesses and/or agencies, please provide information as to whether the business and/or agency require Waikato DHB (and the subcontracted companies such as Pathlab and Hamilton Radiology) to maintain IANZ accreditation.
