Dear Chris Hipkins,
We are emailing today under the Official Information Act to request details about the communications between the Ministry of Health and COVID-19 cases L, M, N, and O in the February 14 2021 cluster (Valentine's Day cluster).
Specifically, what messages/communications, and how many, were sent to these cases listed regarding self isolation before and after testing.

Thank you for taking the time to write to Hon Chris Hipkins, Minister for
COVID-19 Response. We are receiving a significant amount of correspondence
at the moment and, although your email has been carefully considered and
noted, it is not possible to respond to each individual email.
For the latest updates on COVID-19, we encourage you to regularly check
the dedicated COVID-19 and Ministry of Health websites regularly.
They will be updated as soon as new information is available.
Auckland is now at Alert Level 3.
At Alert Level 3 travel between regions is heavily restricted.
More information about travel in and out of Auckland can be found here:
o Business travel permissions – apply
o Personal movement exemptions – apply through
Please note that to avoid the spread of COVID-19 between regions, the
threshold for these border applications is extremely high. For more
information about Alert Level 3, please visit the COVID-19 website
The rest of New Zealand is at Alert Level 2.
For more information about what that means, please visit the COVID-19
Please remember to take care, and be kind. We have beaten COVID-19 before,
and we can do it again.
